Our new vicar, Rev. Anne Maclaurin, has started her ministry with us at St Barnabas Church. She was instituted and inducted at a special service on Tuesday 7th September; a truly memorable occasion. She is pictured here after the service with Bishop David. You can listen to the whole service here. The sermon, preached by Bishop David, is available as usual from the audio page. Anne was formerly Mission Priest - Executive Leader and Senior Anglican at St Thomas' Church at Philadelphia in Sheffield. Before training for ordination at Ridley Hall, she had a career for some thirteen years in retail management for Marks and Spencer plc. Among her many sporting achievements, Anne is a champion golfer.
