When rooms are not being used on church business, we have a number
of rooms available here at St Barnabas. Feel free to contact us
if you are in need of a venue – we'll be pleased to help if possible.
Please note that we do not take bookings for Sundays.
If you wish to make a booking please contact the church
office preferably six weeks (and not less than four weeks) before
the desired date.

Explanation of charges
All charges per hour
Rooms at St Barnabas are available for hire at two rates. The Charity
rate applies to voluntary organisations, charities and other non-profit
making organisations. The Standard rate is for all other events.
Other charges per session (Standard and Charity)
All non-regular bookings are subject to a 25% of total cost or £25
(whichever the higher) deposit which is refundable upon the safe
return of keys and the leaving of hired rooms in secure, clean and
tidy state
Use of sound system in main church (provide own trained operator)
- £10
Use of piano (Church or Barn only) - £15
Use of organ (Church only)- £20
Use of overhead projector(s) - £5
Use of television and video recorder - £10
Use of flipchart - £3
Kitchen facilities
- for making hot and cold drinks available free (bring own tea/coffee
etc.) with all bookings subject to confirmation.
- for preparing/serving hot and cold food and drinks available at
a one off flat fee of £10 subject to confirmation.
