As a church family we're excited for this next season where we continue to share Jesus with our local community and beyond. We want to be transformed into the likeness of Jesus and to see his kingdom come here on earth.

OUR STORY

As a church we have been gathering as followers of Jesus, serving our community on Mill Road, as well as the wider city of Cambridge since 1869. St Barnabas has a rich heritage of worship, teaching and ministry in the power of the Spirit.

OUR VISION

We are a church For Jesus, For Everyone, For Cambridge and beyond. As a church, we are beginning the next season of Kingdom mission and ministry. We want to see lives transformed by Jesus, disciple-making disciples raised up, and great leaders equipped to serve our city and beyond. We believe that demonstrating compassion can transform a city and we look for ways to bring the Good News of Jesus to everyone through our words and our actions.

Everyone is welcome and everyone is invited! You can join us on a Sunday at any of our services where we gather together to worship. We run Alpha regularly so that anyone exploring or refinding faith in Jesus has a place to go.

To grow as a disciple, make friends and strengthen relationships we encourage everyone to join a Community. These take place throughout the week in different parts of the city and further afield.

We come alive when we serve on a team and make a difference! There are so many opportunities to serve on a team either inside St Barnabas or out in our community.

Generosity brings joy to those who give and to those who receive! As disciples of Jesus we look to give generously of our time, talents and our treasure. Every gift given makes a difference, and enables us as a church to do what we believe God has called us to do.
